Alpha 1.18.0 is Released

The 1.18.0 alpha is a refactoring and feature release which brings some changes that are not backwards compatible.

• Fixed #31 - Automatically generate Lua documentation.
• Fixed #135 - Add a property ‘name’ to Material.
• Fixed #44 - Wizards should be able to list their own active spells.
• Fixed #132 - Change Time.sleep() semantics. This breaks backwards compatibility.
• Fixed #150 - Add Vec3.floor().
